DockBook is a marketplace connecting customers with independent charter operators. Captains are independent providers and are responsible for their vessels, credentials, insurance, safety, legal compliance, trip performance, and passenger limits. Customers agree to provide accurate booking information and follow captain safety instructions. Payments, platform fees, cancellations, refunds, disputes, and prohibited conduct are subject to DockBook policies. This starter text should be reviewed by qualified counsel before accepting live bookings.
